Farming for the coat took me at least 50 runs of Arboretum since it's not a leveling dungeon. Pharos Sirius (Hard) isn't fast enough (i.e. not linear enough) so I would highly suggest against farming in that dungeon.
Feel free to use the silver tricorne in place of the buccaneer's since that one is also dyeable and comes with a trim around the hat's edge with an emblem, if you prefer that aesthetic instead.
