Cosplay themed on Koichi Adachi from Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
Appointed Slacks are the best non-store alternative I've been able to find but they're a little visually complex and only go slightly further down the ankle than Best Man's. So either of those would work.
I originally forgot Adachi wears fingerless gloves, but the Hempen Halfgloves work just fine for them.
