General of the Radiant Host (Satrap's Ambassador)

Good day ambassadors! The satrap bids you welcome to Radz-at-Han and Thavnair as a whole. As general of the Radiant Host, I am honored to be your guide and the satrap's representative while you are in the city. As other matters often grab his attention, I am afraid he will not be able to be with you throughout your entire stay.
