Description
The Woad Blue colour is (as far as I have found) the only colour match to the Paglth'an Chestwrap of Healing, at least with the texture the Viera Gaskins have.
The Grimoire Wing adds to the more modernized feel of this, and looks very clean when sheathed, however you can use any book deemed fitting.
I've found the Augmented Cryptlurker's Chaussus of Healing and Sophist's Hupodema (both undyed) to be a good fit to remove the race/gender lock (Emperor's New Gloves for hand replacement).
