This cosplay is inspired in Temari Nara from Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
A lil note I must add is that you can get Gazelleskin Open-toed Boots of Scouting, Maiming and Striking, which means you have to get the shoes depending on which class you wanna play if you want to recreate Temari on your character! :D
