Description
Wanted something a little different for a glamour, and wanted to make use of the Ophiotauroskin/Neo-Ishgardian style. Wound up looking at the general look of saloon girls, both historical and costume, and got this! A great hat alternative is the Iridescent Hat of Aiming (lvl 72).
