Description
Low Budget Witchy White Mage, for a more "conjurer" feel. Likely works just fine for Black Mage (and likely fits better) though I have no idea what you'd replace the staff with, since "Charles BARKley" as I call him, fits so well. Also, if there's a lower level version of this hat I'm not aware of, level can be lowered slightly :p Aurum chest and boots are pretty integral, though.
