Description
Dracula! Hesperos! Urias Formonde! (If you add armored gauntlets or smth) CAN be done as low as 60 if you don't mind a different rapier, but the Murgleis just looks so good, even without particles. I'd alter this for females, but I guess it still might look good. Also, other monocles (MSQ freebie, or generic craftables) work just fine, I just had this one and liked it better.
