Description
Related to my series on low level glams, this was an outfit I liked enough but doesn't technically meet the criteria. The boots are level 17, and I don't feel like any of the level 15 and below shoes work well. Dyes and armor can all be bought at regular vendors. Shield provided for Gladiator (and is level 18), but works for any Tank.
