Description
The first in a series of glams that fit a very specific criteria. This is all obtainable, dyes included, by level 15 or lower from vendors in town. Many low level glams have items that you either cannot get without high end content, or are very expensive. A player going through ARR can, as soon as they unlock glamour at level 15, wear this outfit. This works for any DOW. The tabard takes a variety of colors well, if you want more color.
