Genshin Impact cosplay #135 This one is the updated outfit with less booty, which makes the Moonward set even more perfect. For the weapon, I've found Seiryu's, Leviathan's & Bismarck's to be perfectly bubbly and suited to Mona, but Seiryu's in particular has a darker purple shade and subtle effects.
