Description
The Ivalician Oracle's coat always goes well with the Seiryu weapons. I used to wear this combination back in Stormblood with the normal Seiryu weapon, but the crafted one looks way prettier with its effect. Only necklace is lvl 80, but the Alliance necklaces are lvl 70 and look almost identical.
