Description
I've been in the process of putting this glam together since I saw the Altered Cobalt Cuirass on someone as a sprout in ARR, and only recently finished it after receiving the bottoms at the beginning of ShB! (Visor & weapon are warrior specific, but everything else can be worn by any tank.)
