Forgive the screenshot quality, this is my first attempt at uploading here.
Obsi is a primarily RP character I have on Faerie that was trained by Yotsuyu not long after she became acting Viceroy. This was one instance of her backstory attire that I ended up coming up with after she started being called "Lady of the Storm" by the people of Doma. I was just proud of how it turned out and thought I'd share it here. Thanks to Yuexi Siohre for inspiring a few parts of the outfit (Gun and Flowers)
