The weapon is technically the Augmented Scaevan Magitek Axe, glamored to look like Sparth. Swap out the weapon and any tank that's at least level 70 can equip this glam! (That is...if you also have a masochistic streak and play a lot of PVP.) Any accessories will work, since they won't be visible.
