Description
Not exactly Speedwagon, but Speedwagon-esque. From before losing his awesome bowler.
Technically any class can use this, with the removal of The Emperor's New Fists. But since Speedwagon was a thug, I figured beating things up like a thug was appropriate. Also the PGL/MNK's other weapon-out pose was almost JoJo-esque.
