El Zorrillo

Out of the night, when the full moon is bright, comes the horseman known as Zorrillo. The Ala Mhigan refugees sing his name, the Brass Blades fear him, and the Monetarists despise him. Friend of the weak, and the poor and the meek, this very unique, señor Zorrillo. Rumors say La Nosceans have reported a similar vigilante on Vylbrand, but some doubt it could be the same one.
