Wandering Minstrel

Being a Bard was always something I loved to do, but it is not until the later levels that the song abilities are interesting. Outside of the duties its fun to play songs, so i had to come up with a barding outfit that is suited for both fighting and playing music. So, I thought of the Wandering Minstrel questgiver and created my own version for the beginner Bards. You may add the Hallowed Chestnut Mask of Aiming in G-P Metallic Blue if you like that, or if you can, a big hat with a feather.
