Wind on the Plains

Technically lvl 70 without the weapon. Could be worn by male characters if you use different shoes. Randomly got the coat in a roulette run and was surprised it goes with so many of my favourite glam pieces. I especially like how it makes the Caller's Armlets a subtle detail even though they tend to stand out in other glam sets.
