Any long skirt will work, and you can get a Plain Long Skirt in-game. For sandals, I recommend the Moonfire Sandals and dyed whatever shade of brown you prefer. This glamour also works for male characters, but you'll need to get an alternative for the skirt. You need to be 68 for the top, but you can pick whatever necklace you like best.
