Description:
I wanted to see if I couldn't make a gender neutral version of Mr. (Vice) President Pretty Boy himself. Level can be as low as 60, but the Shire coat is the best bet for a coat that works for both male and female. Just used the matte version of the Shadowbringers relic because it mimics his shotgun the best. Also, for those not wanting to get married, any "dressy" shoe or boot should work! Inspired by Rufus Shinra in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
