Description
Making witch glams for ranged dps without using the jobsless witch items round 2. I still love this hat and wanted to create a more cute looking witch outfit with it. I like how the skirt really makes it look like a dress with an apron. Level 71 only because of the necklace, without necklace it's level 60.
