Description
Reading the levequests revealed that Ishgardian nobles frequent The Bismarck in Limsa Lominsa, so I wanted to have a Level 1 warmer weather outfit, and that I feel what the Ishgardians wear beneath their warmer kit used to be much similar to the other regions prior to the Calamity.
Trousers can be swapped with the High House Breeches (undyed, or Soot Black), but the Faerie Tale Prince's Slops are recommend for their shape.
