Description:
I really like this top, and was ecstatic when they finally allowed fem toons to wear it. A soot-heavy glamour, but I know from experience that it looks more Limsa-piratey if you use a shade of red instead. The level requirement could probably be brought way down with different boots...nevermind the rings.
