Military Style based on Sonja from Advance Wars.
Its tough to find nice hats that work with Viera. Closest I had to a decently colourable knee high skirt. Could be changed pretty easily to Nell if purple. Also wanted to make something military-esqe to celebrate getting the tank mount.
