Description
You -can- sub out the Faire Joi top with the Shisui Joi of Healing if you don't want to buy the outfit, but I like the gold accents on the Faire Joi top; they match the Thavnairian Armlets. (Although the red accents on the latter might look nice with different arms.) You can also use whatever for the feet, you don't see them much anyway.
Level 71 with rings, level 60 without.
