Y'shtola clearly has very fine taste when it comes to dye, and the gil to go with it! In the post ARR lvl 50 quest named "A Final Temptation" Y'shtola dons miners gear, yet still retains her white and blue color pallet that she had for most of ARR. You will need to be level 55, and also be able to purchase Yellow Scrip gear from Rowena's Splendors Vendor to complete this glam.
