Description
The idea is to make it appear to be a monochromatic skin-tight body suit with clothing/tech over it, as is a popular style in cyberpunk art.
I started with black dye, but since my character's hair is black, I switched it to a very dark blue.
This particular is for level 50+ mages, but if you can find a pair of All Classes tights and theme-appropriate gloves that can be dyed, it could work for anyone.
