Inspired by Nikke Guillotine

I came across this picture and while it's pretty obvious it would be near impossible to replicate it in FFXIV it did inspire me to make this Machinist glamour. With the Tantalus Cuffs, usually, I am not too happy with the way the cuffs dye, but for once it worked out really well.
